Graduates for Growth can help business in the following ways:

Personal Contact

At Graduates for Growth we place a great deal of importance in forming close relationships with employers. We will visit your company and discuss your recruitment needs, providing advice and support where appropriate.
Advertising
If required we will draft an advert and arrange for it to be placed in publications that specifically target graduates. We have close links with the Edinburgh universities which can be useful, particularly when specific skills are required.

Sifting and Screening
To save you time we sift through the applications and carry out initial interviews, ultimately recommending 3 or 4 well prepared candidates for final selection
Aftercare
After successful selection we will keep in touch with you and the new employee through a mentoring scheme and access to a subsidised training and development programme

Costs
The project is non-profit making but in order to cover our costs there is a small charge for the service we provide. A discount is available to members of The Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise
